Blog posts come from anyone and everyone! But you may see a few extra posts from the following:
Mike Deetsch
Mike works in interpretive education at KHS and is convinced that learning can be fun. He holds a degree from a fancy art school in Brooklyn, but don’t count that against him. One day Mike will create an invention that will change the world…but that’s probably far into the future.
Sarah Milligan
Sarah has been the administrator for the Kentucky Oral History Commission (KOHC) of the Kentucky Historical Society since 2007. She will let you know about the cool world of oral history and other media discoveries at KHS. She holds an MA in Folk Studies from Western Kentucky University and an undergraduate degree in English and German from Oklahoma City University—go Stars! As the Administrator for the KOHC, Sarah manages the oral history granting programs, conducts statewide workshops on oral history and offers technical assistance to oral history collection holders around the state. If she isn’t at KHS, she is most likely hiking with her two energetic dogs so they won’t eat anymore of her books.
